DELIVERY

Orders placed by 12pm AEDT on a business day (excludes weekends & public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT on a business day will be dispatched the next business day (excludes weekends & public holidays).

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, stock availability or even extreme weather. If your order is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

Upon finalising your order, there will be a delivery option to choose from. We know you’re excited to get your latest Up To The Beat purchase, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout.

Shipping currently only applies to our Apparel & DVDs. All other items are delivered digitally.

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

We offer two different shipping options within Australia: STANDARD & EXPRESS

Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the product, address and delivery method chosen.

INTERNATIONAL

We only offer a standard shipping option to a few countries outside of Australia.

Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the product, address and delivery method chosen. If any product is unavailable locally at our international fulfilment centres, they will be shipped from Australia. This will impact the time of your delivery and may take anywhere from 10-19 days to arrive.

Our Apparel & DVDs are not currently being shipped to any other country other than within the regions listed here.

However, if purchasing our apparel & DVDs directly through Amazon.com, they ship internationally and shipping rates are calculated based on their shipping options. Please note this transaction is with Amazon directly and customer support enquiries and support will need to be addressed directly to Amazon.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Up To The Beat does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Up To The Beat will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.
