Returns

I want you to have the best experience with my products. But sometimes things just don’t go as planned.

We offer exchanges and/or refunds within 30 days of the delivery date where the products are:

  1. Faulty (Other than where the fault is caused by the Customer);
  2. The incorrect size (and we are unable to offer an exchange for the correct size).

FAULTY ITEMS

Returns for faulty items will be accepted where they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by us, and will remain your responsibility. Returns will be accepted where the items are:

  1. Unworn, unused, undamaged and unmarked;
  2. In their original condition and original packaging

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please send photo evidence to [email protected]. Once received, you will be offered an exchange or refund upon the item being received back to us.

PACKAGING

Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse.

REFUNDS

In the event that you receive a faulty item and we are unable to exchange that item for you we will refund you. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your faulty item(s) back at our headquarters. Please allow 3-10 working days after we receive that item for your refund to appear in your account.

Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.uptothebeat.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Up To The Beat Fitness Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

COST OF RETURNS

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our facility. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

In our experience, return parcels often get lost if you write ‘Return to Sender’. When placing your return, please include your details so that we can process the parcel when it arrives back in our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable or insured postage method. Up To The Beat will not be liable for items that do not reach our facility and cannot be tracked.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
