Cue, Protein Shakes – the perfect solution! A protein shake is our go-to breakfast for those hectic mornings as it’s quick, easy and gives us a hit of protein that leaves us feeling fuller for longer. This is our current go-to for all of the berry lovers out there!

Ingredients

Protein

  • 25g Vanilla Protein Powder

Carbohydrates

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen berries
  • 1 tsp Honey

Fats

  • 1 cup Almond milk 
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Spices and Other

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Handful of Ice 

Method

  • Add almond milk to a blender first, then all remaining ingredients

  • Blend until smooth 

  • Enjoy!
