Calorie-Friendly Salad Dressings
Gina B's Go-To Balsamic Vinaigrette!
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Zesty Lemon Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 large lemons, juiced (approx 1/3 cup juice)
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp honey, or maple syrup
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Greek Yoghurt Goodness
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (optional) or dried
A Wholegrain MUST-have
- Juice of small lemon
- 1 tbsp Red or white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp coarse grain mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- a handful of finely chopped up mint and parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Green Groovin' Goddess Dressing
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped green onions (1-2 onions)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup water, plus more as needed
