Here at the UTTB HQ we’ve done the hard work for you and explored the land of dressings and we want to share our TOP 5 go-to’s with you all to enjoy too!

Calorie-Friendly Salad Dressings

Ingredients

Gina B's Go-To Balsamic Vinaigrette!

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Zesty Lemon Vinaigrette 

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 large lemons, juiced (approx 1/3 cup juice)
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp honey, or maple syrup
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Greek Yoghurt Goodness

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (optional) or dried

A Wholegrain MUST-have

  • Juice of small lemon
  • 1 tbsp Red or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp coarse grain mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • a handful of finely chopped up mint and parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

Green Groovin' Goddess Dressing

  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1/2 cup Italian parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil 
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped green onions (1-2 onions)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water, plus more as needed

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
