Renee’s Green Veggie loaded Bolognese

Makes 5

Ingredients

  • 1 kg organic beef mince
  • 2 jars bolognese sauce
  • 250g peas
  • As many leafy greens as you like
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 
  • 100g cooked basmati (per serve)

Method

  • Once pan is coated with olive oil, add garlic and onion cooking until onion is translucent

  • Add minced beed to pan and brown 

  • Add bolognese sauce and allow to simmer for 20 minutes

  • Meanwhile cook basmati rice as per packet instructions

  • Add peas to bolognese mixture and cook for additional 5 minutes

  • Serve with fresh leafy greens and rice and enjoy!!
