Well tribe, by now you know that Steptember is well and truly amongst us! It’s going to be an excellent month, especially for you tribe members that LOVE your steps – your Apple watches are going to get a workout this month too!
I’ve created a video for you guys detailing the Steptember challenge and my hope is that you smash out your step count with me and my workouts!
But, as I also tell you guys, it’s so important to get outside from time to time as well as well, and increasing your incidental exercise will help get your steps up too.
This month’s goal definitely follows UTTB ethos of “small steps to big change”, as we will be gradually increasing your step count this month, every week, by 1000 steps. By the end of the month, we will all be hitting 10K steps per day and hopefully have figured out some creative ways to get our steps in each day, whether you are walking with purpose, cleaning, dancing or something else!
